What to expect in Love Your Liver


Love Your Liver is a 15-day digital self-guided program. You’ll have access to the materials instantly, and you can start the program on your own time frame.

 There are 3 phases to Love Your Liver:

  • Preparation: Days 1-5
  • The Cleanse: Days 6-14
  • Celebration & Transition: Day 15
Phase 1: Prep


During the Preparation phase, I’ll be sharing actions to do each day to help you prepare physically, mentally, and logistically for the 3:6:9 cleanse.

Phase 2: The Cleanse


On Day 6 of Love Your Liver, you will start the 3:6:9 nine-day cleanse. (You will need to have the book Cleanse To Heal OR Medical Medium Liver Rescue by Anthony William, the Medical Medium, for the cleanse protocols - these are not provided as part of Love Your Liver.)

Phase 3: Transition


On Day 15, you’ll celebrate your successful completion of the 3:6:9 cleanse and use the transition plan you’ll create during the program to help you return to a regular diet without shocking your system.

About Me



I’m Valerie Wong, a nationally certified Wellness Coach and a life coach. Having experienced the benefits of the Medical Medium’s cleanses personally, I am a big believer in his work.

The first time I did the cleanse, I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and I didn’t have anyone to ask for guidance. It was confusing and a little frustrating.

After creating my free Liver Rescue toolkit, I started hearing from so  many people who wanted extra support to help them through the cleanse. I first created Love Your Liver as a live group program, and I have supported dozens of women through the cleanse while running these groups.

I created this self-guided version of Love Your Liver so that people can have the extra support at any time they’re ready to start the cleanse.
